Pool Rules

1. General Use

• •The swimming pool is available exclusively to registered guests of Villa Aliara.
• •Use of the pool is at your own risk.
• •Pool use is permitted daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• •The landlord has no duty of supervision over pool users.
• •The pool may only be used by persons who are physically fit to do so.

2. Children and Supervision

• •Children under 16 may only use the pool under constant supervision of an adult companion.
• •Parents or legal guardians are liable for their children.
• •Non-swimmers may use the pool only with suitable flotation aids and direct supervision.
• •Supervision duty cannot be transferred to the landlord or third parties.

3. Hygiene Rules

• •Showering before entering the pool is mandatory.
• •Persons with contagious illnesses, open wounds, or skin conditions may not use the pool.
• •Use of oils, creams, or strongly coloring cosmetics immediately before bathing should be avoided.
• •Diapers are only allowed as suitable swim diapers.
• •Urinating in or contaminating the pool is strictly prohibited.

4. Safety Provisions

The following actions are expressly prohibited in and around the pool:

• •jumping from pool edges
• •pushing other persons into the pool
• •running on pool surfaces
• •diving with glass objects
• •throwing objects into the pool
• •dangerous games or dares
• •use under alcohol, drugs, or medications that impair reaction ability

5. Food, Drinks, and Glass

• •Glass bottles, glasses, or other breakable objects are not permitted in the pool area.
• •Food and drinks may not be brought into the pool.
• •Any contamination must be removed immediately by the person responsible.

6. Animals

• •Pets may not enter the pool.
• •Bathing animals in the pool is strictly prohibited.
• •If special cleaning is required, actual costs will be charged, with a minimum of EUR 150.

7. Liability

• •Use of the pool is at your own risk.
• •The landlord is only liable for damages caused by willful intent or gross negligence of the landlord.
• •Liability for accidents, injuries, loss of valuables, or property damage is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
• •The landlord accepts no liability for personal belongings brought to the pool area.
• •Guests are liable for all damages caused by themselves, their co-travelers, or visitors to pool facilities, technical systems, or inventory.

8. Damage and Contamination

• •Damage or malfunction of pool facilities must be reported to the landlord immediately.
• •In case of culpable damage, the guest is liable for full repair/reinstatement costs.
• •Extraordinary contamination may require special cleaning subject to charge.
• •Special cleaning costs are charged at a minimum of EUR 150, or actual higher costs if applicable.

9. Technical Systems

• •Pool technology, filter systems, lighting, and controls may only be operated by the landlord or authorized persons.
• •Manipulation of technical installations is prohibited.
• •Damage caused by improper operation will be charged to the responsible person.

10. Weather and Force Majeure

• •In thunderstorms, storms, or other hazardous weather, the pool must be left immediately.
• •The landlord may temporarily close the pool for safety reasons or maintenance work.
• •Temporary pool unavailability does not justify rent reduction or damage claims unless gross negligence of the landlord applies.

11. Violations of Pool Rules

In case of violations, the landlord may prohibit pool use at any time.

Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund entitlement.
